Last time I wrote an article about my personal top three games to play stoned. This wasn’t enough for us and that’s why we present a new list of games to play stoned. We are going to talk about some of the coolest first-person shooters.
I've been looking for first-person shooters that offer an intense experience, especially with some cannabis. Games that make your heart beat faster and leave you satisfied when you have sent your enemies to the afterlife. Of course, it's a personal list again, so let me know what you think and tell me about your favourite first-person shooters.
1. Half-Life 2
Personally, I think this is the best shooter ever. And therefore, it’s also a pleasure to play this game baked. The game has an immersive story that totally captivates you, especially if you just smoked a joint. Half-Life 2 takes place in an intriguing science fiction setting that tickles your imagination. Humanity is forced into slavery after an interdimensional empire - the Combine - conquered the earth. It’s your task to kick the aliens off the planet.
Anyone who thinks the game is nothing more than running around and shooting stuff is wrong. It’s pleasantly tactical; with the use of your mind and imagination, you can get very far. And your imagination is exactly the thing that’s stimulated when you use marijuana. At your disposal is an arsenal of different weapons, but especially the 'Gravity Gun' can lead to hilarious situations. Especially if you accidentally blow yourself up with an explosive barrel.
2. Halo: Reach
According to many gamers, Halo: Reach is the best game of the Halo franchise. It's absolutely a great game to play stoned. If you love adrenaline, Halo: Reach surely won’t disappoint you. From shooting with cool weapons to driving special vehicles, you can destroy your enemies in all sorts of satisfying ways. Halo: Reach will glue you to your screen.
The story has a dark feeling and you visit many diverse areas. The action is fast-paced and that's definitely a memorable experience, especially if you're high. The single-player mode will definitely get you excited, but the multiplayer mode certainly doesn’t disappoint either. There’s a lot of action, which can lead to extremely funny – or sad – situations if you can’t keep up because you’re too stoned.
3. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
Call of Duty is supposedly the biggest entertainment franchise on earth. Many gamers love the series. It will probably not surprise you to find one of the titles in this list. Although not everyone will agree that Modern Warfare 2 is the best game in the series. Anyway, Modern Warfare 2 is undoubtedly an awesome game to play stoned.
The realistic action contributes to this. But the story is also done very well. A fictional Russian-American war? Very interesting, especially because this war is told from different perspectives. Just like Halo: Reach, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 also has an excellent multiplayer mode. That’s very nice if you like playing stoned because unfortunately, you finish single player games fast. A good multiplayer mode, therefore, guarantees many hours of fun. So take that bong and play!
