Makes about 2 cups:
220 g strawberries
1 handful of raspberries
1 banana
1 big glass of soy milk
1 tablespoon Herbs of the Gods guarana powder
For the topping (optional) :
1 tablespoon toasted pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon toasted sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon grated coconut
To toast the pumpkin and sunflower seeds, heat a dry pan over medium high heat and cook the seeds for 1 or 2 minutes. Set aside to cool.
In a blender, combine the strawberries, raspberries, banana and soy milk and blend on medium until the mixture is smooth. Then stir the Guarana through the mixture. Pour into a large glass. Top it with the toasted seeds and grated coconut.
