Traditional use of bobinsana
In the Amazonian basin, the inhabitants use bobinsana as a stimulant. They prepare a decoction of the roots to take for strength and energy. The bark tincture is often used to help battle a host of small ailments or discomforts of old age. In some cases, it is used in baths to build strength and overall resilience.
The other main use of bobinsana is as a secondary ingredient in various ayahuasca brews. Bobinsana is not a hallucinogen but shamen like to add it because it is said to make a gentle spiritual connection to the plants.
Bobinsana is also known to produce lucid dreams full of colours and visions.
