We are the European section of an International Coalition, which consists of more than 500 NGOs from around the world that have adhered to a Manifesto for Just and Effective Drug Policies (established in 1998).

Among our members are organisations of cannabis and other drug users, of health workers, researchers, grassroots activists as well as companies.

Erowid

Erowid is a member-supported organization providing access to reliable, non-judgmental information about psychoactive plants and chemicals and related issues.

We imagine a world where people treat psychoactives with respect and awareness; where people work together to collect and share knowledge in ways that strengthen their understanding of themselves and provide insight into the complex choices faced by individuals and societies alike. We believe that truth, accuracy, and integrity in publishing information about psychoactives will lead to healthier and more balanced choices, behaviors, and policies around all psychoactive medications, entheogens, herbs, and recreational drugs. Erowid's vision is to facilitate and create resources that are part of the evolution towards this goal.

Legalize

Now that we have existed for over 18 years, things are becoming clearer to us. Together with loads of different NGO’s, drug users, non-drug users and commercial partners, we are arriving at much clearer guidelines for organizing a healthy drug policy. We do not say "drugs are good" nor "drugs are bad ", but we do clearly say: current international drug policy is bad. People should be educated not criminalized.

Legalize! is an NGO that works as hard as possible with only volunteer workers and Hardly any budget. Support in any way is more than welcome: fight alongside us and/or donate!

ICEERS

The International Center for Ethnobotanical Education, Research & Service (ICEERS) is a philanthropic, tax-exempt non-profit organization (charity) dedicated to 1) the integration of ayahuasca, iboga and other traditional plants as therapeutic tools in modern society, and 2) the preservation of the indigenous cultures that have been using these plant species since antiquity on their habitat and botanical resources.

Deutsche Hanf Verband

The DHV strives for the legal, consumer-friendly market regulation of cannabis in Germany - from production to sale up to self-farming. They want to stop the discrimination and prosecution of cannabis users. In addition, they are concerned with the promotion of raw hemp in its various guises and strive for better conditions for the use of medical cannabis.

OPEN Foundation

The OPEN Foundation (Stichting OPEN in Dutch) is an interdisciplinary organization which stimulates research into all aspects of the psychedelic experience. By organizing lectures, conferences and other informative meetings at universities, the goal of OPEN is to draw the attention of researchers towards this promising scientific subject. We spread honest information on both the potential and the risks of psychedelics, and hope to decrease the taboo that still surrounds the study of psychedelics.

Psychedelic Society of the Netherlands

In this new era of psychedelic practice and in recognition of current scientific research providing evidence for the benefits of these substances – backed up by our own personal explorations – we have established the Psychedelic Society of the Netherlands as a meeting platform for people interested in learning more about psychedelics.
