  Please note that it can take a few business days before we receive the payment on our account. A SEPA bank transfer (within the European Union) should be free, but some banks may charge you if the information is not filled in correctly. If you're not from the European Union and/or there are costs involved, make sure you pay for the total cost of the transfer.

  We would prefer if you choose one of our other payment methods but if you don't have an alternative, you can pay with cash.

  The minimum amount for cash payments is 25 Euro, shipping costs excluded. Choose this option in the payment menu and you'll receive an email with information about the address you can send your money to (in euros, U.S. dollars or British pounds) after the completion of your order.

  Important note: Sending cash is at your own risk. A registered letter will always arrive at its destination and is always traceable when lost. But there is no guarantee that the letter arrives with all contents. It is therefore very important that you send money as safely as possible.

  Please read our instructions carefully:

  1. Use an A4 or A5 envelope, so your letter looks like it contains documents.

  2. Please hide the money very well between papers/carton (something you can't see through)!

  3. Do not use any coins. If you pay more than the actual amount of your order, we will include the change in your package (everything above EUR 1,00) or we will compensate in the form of some extra products.

  4. Close the envelope with EXTRA tape, so that it is difficult, or even impossible for a third person to open and close it without being noticed!

  Do not forget to mention your name and order code. Without them we cannot process your payment!

  We will send you a confirmation email after we have received the payment and sent out the order.

Discreet shipping

All our packages are discreet, with only your address and a generic return address on the outside of the package.

Full insurance

All our packages are fully insured. If the products, for whatever reason, do not arrive at your address we will start an investigation at the postal service. This may take a while. Once we find out what has gone wrong with your package, we either send the package again or refund your payment.
