Black Friday is near! Thanksgiving is still not celebrated in the Netherlands but the day after, Black Friday, is. On 24 November, Americans have a day off and will be flocking to the shops to take advantage of huge discounts. You probably know the images of people waiting impatiently for shops to open their doors, or the videos of customers getting into each other’s hair, arguing about a 3 dollar toaster. Amazing, right? We’re a bit sceptical about the concept, but let’s be honest, Black Friday presents a fine opportunity to give even higher discounts than we normally do.
