Cannabis indica. What a lovely name and what a lovely smoke. In contrast to her big sister Cannabis sativa, the plant has broader leaves and grows shorter and denser (read more about the differences in What's the difference between Indica and Sativa?.) Thanks to the opulent resin production this variant has traditionally been used for the production of hash. Okay, so they look different, but what about the high? Here we enter the domain of endless debate. Some cannaisseurs prefer one of the two cannabis types, others state the differences in effects have become negligible through global hybridization. That, of course, begs for a very thorough side-by-side test and in that case you might want to look for the following effects in Indica strains: she makes you feel relaxed and calm, you´ll get a body buzz which can turn into the fabled couch lock and don’t be surprised if you fall asleep after a few tokes.

6. Cheese (Green House)
Another Indica legend. Cheese began as an obscure hybrid of the great Skunk and Kush. You can almost get stoned by just imagining the interplay between those giants.
