It is that most wonderful time of the year when we overload postmen and couriers with parcels again. Our years of experience have shown that it’s best to order early during this period. So if you crave the latest vaporizer or want to hang a shiny grinder in the Christmas tree, keep the following in mind:
- The Netherlands and Belgium: order by Monday 18 December at the latest
- Germany: order by Friday 15 December at the latest
- Other European countries: unfortunately, we cannot give a 100% guarantee that your package will be delivered on time. But with an extra sniff, the Aza Elves and their space travelling reindeer trained in Siberia will do their best!
Orders placed during the weekend before Christmas and on 25 and 26 December (both days off in the Netherlands) will be processed from 27 December.
The New Year’s bonus
After New Year’s Day, we are back at work on 2 January.
Please note that our customer service can be very busy between Christmas and New Year. Your e-mails and chats may be answered slightly later than usual.
The Amsterdam Azarius shop
If you are planning to test a vaporizer or simply shop psychonautically in our shop in the Kerkstraat (Amsterdam), you may avoid disappointments by keeping in mind the following alternative opening hours during the Christmas period:
- 24 December: 12:00 - 18:00
- 25 December: Closed
- 26 December: Closed
- 31 December: 12:00 - 17:00
- 1 January: Closed
- 2 January: 11:00 - 18:30 (return to normal)
