Muira puama

The muira puama tree (Ptychopetalum olacoides) grows in the Brazilian rainforest. The part of the tree that is used is the bark of the root. The actual meaning of muira puama is 'potency wood'.

Brazilians have been using muira puama as an aphrodisiac for centuries. Some of the men rub it on their genitals to enhance an erection. It is also used as a possible remedy against impotence.
Furthermore, muira puama is said to help keep your joints loose and can help in stressful situations.

Effects

Muira puama is an aphrodisiac. It works stimulating and increases potency. A little while after ingestion, most people will feel a tingling sensation along the spine and a sensual feeling all over the body. The skin and genitals become more sensitive. It is very suitable for giving your love-life a special impulse.

Usage

Boil 1-2 tablespoons in half a litre of water for 15 minutes to get 2 cups of tea. The effects will occur in about half an hour.

For a stronger effect, mix 30 grams of muira puama with half a litre of liquor in a glass bottle. Leave it for 2 weeks, shaking it every day. A few little nips should do the job.

Instead of drinking it you can put this mix in a glass bowl letting it evaporate till all what's left is a concentrated extract. Roll this into balls, and put them under your tongue.

For a less strong effect boil 2 to 3 tablespoons in 250 ml of water. You can drink this, but you can also rub it on your genitals to stimulate the central nervous system.

When combined with Damiana, it makes a stronger aphrodisiac, that will have a more erotic and high effect. Mix one tablespoon of muira puama and half a spoon of Damiana powder in a glass of hot water and drink this one hour before the desired effect.
When using the powder mix 1 or 2 teaspoons in a glass of water or juice. Instead of drinking you can also eat it with some yoghurt.

Obwohl es einfach scheußlich schmeckt und ich ne Menge Honig, Zucker, Milch und Kakao reingeben musste um es halbwegs genießbar zu machen it die Wikung sehr schön. Zuerst ein angenehmen kribbeln im ganzen Körper, vor allem in den Intimeren bereichen. Danach zwischendurch ist kaum mehr ein Unterschied zu spüren, nur der Orgasmus ist umso schöner... und statt dem groggy feeling danach ist man grad wieder fit um nochmal loszulegen. ;-)
