Blue lotus (Nymphaea caerulea)
The Blue Lotus is also known as Blue water lily or Egyptian lotus. The effects of the blue lotus are both narcotic and euphoric, becoming slightly hallucinating at higher doses. It also increases sexuality.

I used one of these things you use when you make regular tea, when you dip the stuff in the water and leave it there for a while, and then throws it away. so is that wrong?
