Psilocybe cubensis "Mazatapec"

This is one of the finer strains from Mexico, and it is easy to cultivate. It’s a good strain to start with. The size of the mushroom is average, and the cap is shaped unlike that of any other mushroom. It won’t open very quickly though, only at the very last moment.

Substrate: compost, grain, pasteurized dung & straw.
Temperature during colonization: 28-30 °C.
Temperature during cropping: 22 – 26 °C.
