How to place an order

There are different ways to place an order at Azarius. Of course you can place your order online on our website. You can also place an order by fax or e-mail. Please do not forget to include your contact information and your preferred payment method.

If you are not able to place an order online you can download an orderform and mail, fax or e-mail it to us.

Order procedure

After you've placed an order online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately. If you place an order by fax, e-mail or regular mail, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within one or two days. The confirmation you receive contains a unique order code which you can use to check the status of your order at any time.

Shipping information

Cash on delivery orders will usually be shipped within one business day. Other orders will be shipped within one business day after we have received the payment, provided that all products are in stock.

Payment options

You can pay with money transfer, cash, cheque or cash on delivery (Europe). We prefer money transfer payments: we have several international bank accounts to make this easy for you. Please see our bank account overview for more information.

We do not do Paypal and Credit Card transactions. In the past some companies that carried out our transactions appeared not to be reliable as partners. But we are working on it, so paying by Credit Card may again become one of our payment options in the near future.

Discrete packing

All packages are discretely packed, with only your address and a return address on the outside of the package.

Full insurance

All packages we send are fully insured. If the products do not arrive at your address for whatever reason, we will start an investigation at the postal service. This may take a while. Once we find out what has gone wrong with your package, we either send the package again or refund your payment.

This insurance only applies to countries in the European Union, Switzerland, The United States, Japan.
