Pick up

Pick up your order in our shop at Kerkstraat 119 in Amsterdam. The shop is open every day except for Wednesdays. Click on the link for opening hours and directions. We will contact you by phone or email once your package arrived in our offline shop in the Kerkstraat. Normally this takes about 1-3 businessdays.

If you only need a few items its much faster to simply call our offline shop in the Kerkstraat and ask them if the items are on stock. In most cases you can pick up the order still the same day!

Discrete packing

All packages are discretely packed, with only your address and a return address on the outside of the package.

Full insurance

All packages we send are fully insured. If the products do not arrive at your address for whatever reason, we will start an investigation at the postal service. This may take a while. Once we find out what has gone wrong with your package, we either send the package again or refund your payment.

This insurance only applies to countries in the European Union, Switzerland, The United States, Japan.
