En ik moet zeggen het geeft je een echte energie stoot. je benen verkrampen alsof je aan het sporten bent je gaat sneller wandelen en ik voelde mijn buikspieren opgespannen blijven en mijn maag voelde ik mijn voedsel goed verteren. Mijn eetlust daalde drastisch ik voelde me misselijk als ik ook maar aan een simpele boterham denkte of een lekker snoepje.

Ook zeer goed als je moeilijk wakker wordt na inname ongeveer 50min begin je de eerste effecten te voelen je voelt je energiek en wakker. Na 2 uur ofzo voel je de effecten al minderen dus tijdens het middagmaal kan je nog eens lekker een hapje eten.”

“I have been using this product for 1 full week. You must take 3 caps per day. The bottle says 1. This of course conflicts with the website recommendations. At first, you will feel nothing but then you feel the usual caffine buzz. Afterward, about 30 to 45 min. you will feel a burst of energy but thats about it. If you want a stronger burst of energy consider Stacker 3. If you dont want the jitters then this is a better choice for you. As far as all day energy. . .that remains to be seen. I have lost 3 pounds in one week; maybe its too early to tell. . .but my hopes are high. Plus, I have been exercising by alternating cardio and strength days using Power 90 and Turbo Jam. Will write again.”
