Usage

Take three capsules a day, preferable half an hour before each meal. Take the capsule with water, and swallow it whole.
Do not take more than 6 capsules a day.

Warning

People with cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, thyriod disease, prostatic hypertrophy, sensitivity to cafein, ephedrine or aspirin and pregnant women, diabetics and top athletes must not use this product.
