SleepzZ Melatonine

Melatonine is a compound produced by the body itself, especially when darkness falls, and is seen as the key player in the circadian rhythm (which takes the body through its daily cycle of wakefulness and sleep). Although the body produces only very small amounts of melatonine, it cannot do without it. If the body produces too little melatonine, one can supplement it with a melatonine tablet.

According to the latest scientific findings a mere 0,3 mg of melatonine is sufficient to improve sleep. When melatonine is used for longer periods of time, better results are achieved.
People who use melatonine for better sleep claim they don't just fall asleep more easily, but also feel more rested the next day.
Effects
- Promotes a healthy night's sleept
- Decreases the effects of jetlag

“you need 3 weeks of preparation(2 pills a day) and then you must use bigger one's(1.8mg) to change that cycle”

“no noticable effect, not from 0,1mg, and not from 3mg.
Sleep did not improve.
[Note from Azarius: be sure to dissolve the tablets under your tongue, indeed 30 if that's what you need. Melatonine regulates the sleep cycle, but it doesn't combat stress or other possible factors causing insomnia.]”
