Aromed 4.0

This beautiful machine, designed and produced in Germany, will be of great benefit for those who use THC for medical and health reasons; especially for non-smokers. Through vaporizing you can optimize inhalation of active substances, while through smoking they are partly burnt.

The principles of the AroMed 4.0 vaporizer:

• The AroMed is a very precise hot-air vaporizer. The active substances of any given plant can be inhaled.
• The active vapour is free of harmful substances. This is made sure by a hot air source of undeniable purity and an additional water filter.
• The hot air is provided by an energy saving ultraviolet-free halogen light bulb that is controlled by a precise microprocessor.
• Fresh or dried plant material, tinctures, or essential oils can all be vaporized with the AroMed.
• The hot air source is placed above the plant material. Therefore only during inhalation active substances are set free. The AroMed can be filled with more than one dosage, and inhalation is possible to the user’s liking without in-between switch-offs.
• More than 90% of the active substances are to be inhaled.

Separately available components and accessoires

• HerbHolder: filling chamber, with screen
• Screens: 5 screens per pack
• CheckValve: No-return valve, advisable for unpractised patients
• ScrewCap: Protects the HalogenBulb
• HalogenBulb: Ultraviolet-free 50 Watts halogen lightbulb suitable for the AroMed
• AromaTop: This piece turns your Aromed into an aroma lamp
• WaterBowl: Optional filter, recommended for fine grinded material
• RubberBand: Necessary to fasten the WaterBowl
• MouthPieces: 10 pieces per pack
• SiloconHose: Available with a thickness of 1.5 mm or 2 mm. The diameter of both is the same but the 2 mm hose is a bit stronger so it doesn't get twisted so easily.
• Glass Foampellet: Allows you to inhale active substances of liquids or substances like oils, water – or alcohol- solutions. Pour some drops of liquid onto the Foampellet and put it on the screen of the herbholder.

Effects

Vaporization releases an herb's essential material without many of the toxic elements sometimes created by combustion. Imagine a smoker who can vaporize tobacco instead of smoking it. No visible tar, little or no carbon monoxide!
Vaporization yields only the pure flavor and active substance of your herb without the added carcinogenic elements created from burning it. This is because vaporizing happens at a lower temperature than the combustion temperature. In this manner only the essential substances are released, and not the harmful toxic elements that form when herbs are burned.

“I don`t know if it´s worth buing really. At 200C you have to inhale very, very deep about 10 times to get a noticeable effect from the "herb". The same with tobacco.
I get a much stronger effect when SMOKING either herb. First I thought there was something wrong with the machine, and I sent it back to the producer. They calibrated it at a higher temperature, but the problem remains. I have inhaled at many different temperatures and the effect is small.”

“I am a TOTAL believer! This is the best! Herb lasts way longer than smoking and has way better effects. Wife can`t smell it in the house or on my breath! Best temp around 190-200 c. Best advice is to forget everything you thought you knew about smoking and remember this is NOT A BONG so don`t use it like one. Follow instructions and you`ll get the hang of it.”
